Chicken in Spiced Sauce Recipe

Healthy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
2-1/2 pounds boneless chicken
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/2 tablespoon flour
1/3 cup salt-free canned tomatoes
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic pepper
Rice

Directions:
Cut chicken into individual pieces. Heat oil in large pan. Roll chicken in flour and brown in oil over moderate heat.

Add tomatoes and water, and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients 15 minutes before chicken is ready to serve.

Serve over rice.
