A delicious low fat Cocoa Syrup you can use for a chocolate topping on just about anything your heart desires.
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine cocoa, sugar, water and salt.
Bring to boil and boil three minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla. Use over ice cream.
Recipe makes 2-1/2 to 3 cups.
