Unsweetened chocolate with butter, confectioners sugar and fat free evaporated milk creates Heavenly Fudge Sauce.
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate (1 square)
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup fat free evaporated milk
Sliced bananas, orange sections or cubed angel food cake
In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and butter.
Whisk in sugar and salt alternately with milk; bring just to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
Serve warm over bananas, oranges or cake.
Recipe makes 4 to 6 servings.
