Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:
One can of (12 ounces) evaporated skim milk
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Heat milk, chocolate chips and sugar to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla.

Serve warm over ice cream if desired.

Store sauce in refrigerator up to four weeks.

Recipe makes about three cups sauce.

Orange Filled Sauce: Substitute two teaspoons orange-flavored liqueur for the one-teaspoon vanilla.
