Oil Free Dressing

At last, a delicious homemade dressing that's fat free! Honey and pectin give the dressing fullness that oil usually supplies.

Directions:
In a small nonmetallic bowl stir together orange peel, orange juice, pectin, honey, and poppy seed. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Serve over fruit salad. Makes about 1/2 cup.
*Note: Look for pectin with canning supplies in the supermarket
