Yummy-for-the-Tummy Cookies Recipe
Healthy Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet (only) chocolate bits
1 cup high fiber cereal (raisin bran, cheerios, fiber one, etc.)
1/2 cup toasted soy beans, peanuts, toasted almonds, walnuts or cashews
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup golden raisins
Directions:
Put chocolate morsels in microwave safe bowl.
Microwave one to three minutes, stirring once until melted.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper or aluminum foil.
Let cookies cool and sit (covered) overnight.
