Most of us enjoy peanut butter - which is big plus in a diet's success. Especially when you can eat it in these scrumptious no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies!

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
Add milk, cocoa, and sugar and mix together. Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix until peanut butter is melted.
Take mixture off heat and add oatmeal.
Place onto plate or wax paper by tablespoons and let cool until hardened enough to pick up.
Recipe makes 8 to 12 servings.
Peanut butter has the ability to keep you feeling full long after you've eaten it. It satisfies and satiates like few other foods. There is a psychological factor, too: When you can look forward to a food you really enjoy, it is often easier to leave other "bad" foods alone. Less deprivation goes a long way in the world of dieting.
