Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce, egg whites and jelly. Combine dry ingredients; add to applesauce mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until set. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 3 dozen.
