Healthy Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
1-1/2 jars baby food with bananas
1/2 cup molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup wheat flour
2 cups oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Mix and bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.

The above makes 42 small cookies at 25 calories, .8g fat, and 3g fiber each.

Notes: For the 1-1/2 jars baby food, you can use pure banana, though most prefer using the baby food. Use your favorite combination of banana/applesauce/prune puree. If you use only banana, make sure the banana is good and ripe, and microwave it slightly first to make it more liquid and easier to mix.
