Healthy Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup oat bran
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup soy flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together.

Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.

Drop by tablespoonsful onto nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
