Two Big Healthy Cookies Recipe
Healthy Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounce dry oatmeal
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 mashed banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 to 3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Do not over-bake.
This recipe makes two delicious soft cookies.
