We all know how healthy bananas are - now use them to make a quick yet healthy Five Minute Banana Split.
1 4-serving size package fat free, sugar free instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
2 cups cold skim milk or 1 percent milk
4 bananas, cut lengthwise in half
Reduced Fat Cookies
1 8-ounce tub lite or fat free whipped topping, thawed
Colored sprinkles and maraschino cherries (optional)
Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package for pudding.
Place bananas in 4 dessert or banana split dishes.
Spoon pudding over bananas.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
Super Sassy Summer Treat
Banana Nut Milkshake: Blend 1 banana, 1 pint butter pecan ice cream, 1/2 cup toasted pecans, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
