1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 package yellow cake mix
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spice together.
Transfer to a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix and butter. Top with walnuts.
Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
Recipe makes 12 to 16 servings.
