Healthy Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
46 ounces *low sodium V8 juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 packet Equal

*Low Sodium V8 (140 mg sodium per 8-ounce serving) contains 70% less sodium than regular V8 juice. All V8 beverages have at least 100% of the Recommended Daily Value of vitamin C.

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together and chill.

Shake well before using.

Bonus Recipe: Ginger Berry Dip

Another recipe using V-8 - very healthy, very delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup V8 V-Fusion Strawberry Banana Juice
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
4 cups fresh vegetables (baby carrots, sliced red peppers, sliced cucumbers)

Directions:
Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, juice and ginger root in a medium bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with the vegetables.
