Yogurt and non fat mayonnaise flavored wonderfully with healthful herbs in this Yogurt Salad Dressing
Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.
Recipe makes 8 servings.
Bonus Recipe: Garden Dip
1-1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
One large clove garlic, peeled, crushed or minced
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Cover and chill three hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve with vegetable dippers. Recipe makes two cups.
