Basil Sesame Dressing

Oils in Basil Sesame Dressing

Basil Sesame Dressing with garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, asiago cheese, plenty of basil and light oils.

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Asiago cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 to 4 leaves of fresh basil
2 tablespoon chopped Italian or regular parsley*
1/2 cup extra light olive oil
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Combine in blender until thoroughly mixed.

Chill and serve with a green salad.

*Parsley: There are two types of parsley: curly-leaf and flat-leaf. Italian parsley is also known as flat leaf. When a stronger flavor is desired, recipes call for Italian parsley. Use whichever type you prefer.

Note: If desired, you can replace the Asiago cheese with your cheese of choice.
