Ginger Salad Dressing Recipe
Healthy Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 knob fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
1 teaspoon light soy sauce for color
1/2 onion, minced
5 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in a shaker type jar.
Refrigerate well before serving.
