Mexican Layer Dip with fat free refried beans and sour cream keep the fat down while salsa, guacamole and green onions give all the flavor it needs.
1 15-ounce can fat-free refried beans
2 tablespoons salsa
1-1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
2 medium green onions, chopped
Mix the refried beans and salsa in a small bowl. Spread a thin layer on a serving platter.
Spread the sour cream over the beans, leaving about a 1-inch border of beans showing.
Spread the guacamole over the sour cream, leaving a border of sour cream showing.
Sprinkle the cheese and green onions over the guacamole, cover and refrigerate. Serve with chips for dipping.
