Mexican Layer Dip Recipe
Healthy Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
2 tablespoons salsa
1 1/2 cups fat-free sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 medium green onions, chopped
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Mix the refried beans and salsa in a small bowl. Spread a thin layer on a serving platter.
Spread the sour cream over the beans, leaving about a 1-inch border of beans showing.
Spread the guacamole over the sour cream, leaving a border of sour cream showing.
Sprinkle the cheese and green onions over the guacamole, cover and refrigerate. Serve with chips for dipping.
Recipe makes 16 servings of Mexican Layer Dip. Serving size is 2 ounces each.
