Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Pepper

Directions:
Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, cheese and pepper to taste in bowl.

Makes about 1/2 cup.

Note: For a calorie and fat reduced version of blue cheese vinaigrette, substitute 2 tablespoons chicken broth for half the olive oil.
