Healthy Fish/Seafood Recipe

Make a robust salsa that tantalizes grilled fish fillets with this quick and easy recipe.

Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, finely chopped, (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 pound orange roughy fillets

Directions:
Combine tomato, oil, steak seasoning and thyme.

Spread mixture over fish fillets. Place fillets on preheated grill. Grill 10 minutes (do not turn fish) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Recipe makes 4 Orange Roughy and Salsa servings.
