Sizzling Citrus Shrimp Recipe
Healthy Fish/Seafood Recipe
A tantalizing recipe that is incredibly quick and easy. Serve with rice and warm crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup McCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper
Directions:
Stir fry shrimp in hot oil 3 to 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
Recipe makes 4 servings of Sizzling Citrus Shrimp.
