Light Seafood Casserole

Ingredients:
5 oz. uncooked pasta
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 (10 1/2-oz.) can lobster bisque
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
4 oz. low-fat Swiss cheese, shredded (1 cup)
1 (6-to-8-oz.) can seafood, such as crab, shrimp, tuna or salmon
2 cups baked potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Combine wine, both types of mayonnaise, soup and dill weed. Stir into pasta, then carefully stir in cheese and seafood.

Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with potato chips before serving. Makes 6 servings.

Each serving contains approximately: 273 calories; 8 grams fat; 36 milligrams cholesterol; 599 milligrams sodium; 30 grams carbohydrates; 15 grams protein; and 1 gram fiber.
