Scalloped Tuna and Potatoes with cream of celery soup, onions, mushrooms, garlic, potatoes and a dash of white pepper.
1 can low fat cream of celery soup
1 tablespoon diced onions
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup lite evaporated milk
Dash of white pepper
5 cooked potatoes, peeled and Sliced
1 can tuna packed in water, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine soup, onions, mushrooms, garlic, milk and pepper; mix well.
In 8 x 8-inch nonstick baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, tuna and soup mixture until all ingredients are used.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve hot.
