4 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into slices
2 Granny Smith apples, not peeled but cored and sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes
Honey-Lime Dressing (following)
1 2-ounce package slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Garnish: lime rind
Arrange fruit on lettuce leaves and drizzle with the Honey-Lime Dressing. Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring to blend.
Recipe makes 2 cups.
Yield: 4 servings
