1 3.5-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 15-ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments
2 bananas, sliced
1 apple - peeled, cored and sliced
In a large bowl, combine melon cubes and corn syrup.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, stir in remaining fruit.

3-1/4-ounce package gelatin, unflavored
2-1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup orange juice concentrate
Place water in a saucepan; sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 2 minutes. Heat gelatin mixture until it dissolves (mixture will be clear), about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; add orange juice concentrate and mix. Pour into 9- by 9-inch pan and refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.
