Healthy Gorp Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apple slices
2 cups sugar-coated rice cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1 cup candy corn pieces
1 cup Goldfish crackers
Directions:
Mix well.
Recipe yields 8 cups of American Indian Gorp.
Note: This mixture is virtually fat-free and is especially tasty while sitting around a campfire on a cool night.
