Healthy Grilling Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Juice of one lime
2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 to 2-1/2 pounds London broil

Directions:
Measure honey into 2-cup glass measure. Microwave honey, uncovered, at high power for 30 seconds to make it pour easily.

Remove from microwave and add oil, Worcestershire, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and onion powder. Whisk to blend well.

Place meat in gallon-size zipper-top plastic bag. Whisk marinade once more and pour over meat. Seal bag and turn several times to cover meat with marinade. Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours, turning bag at least once.

Turn on gas grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Grill meat, covering grill, to desired doneness, about 7 to 10 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Do not over cook. Remove from grill and thinly slice across grain. Recipe makes eight servings Grilled Marinated London Broil. Refrigerate leftovers, covered, up to three days.
