Grill Bread

Ingredients:
Six Texas Rolls (Rhodes are excellent) thawed and risen
Flour
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Seasonings and Herbs if desired

Directions:
Using a little flour and a rolling pin, roll each roll into a flat, round shape, about ten to twelve-inches in diameter. The smaller you make the circle, the thicker the grilled bread.

Turn dough over often as you roll it out. If desired, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper or other seasonings and herbs of choice.

Place on a medium high heated BBQ grill, or a grill pan of your stovetop. Grill 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until golden brown lines appear.

Remove from heat immediately.
