Grill a hearty steak and have this great Grill Bread on the side. Season with your choice of herbs.
6 Texas rolls (Rhodes are excellent) thawed and risen
Salt and Pepper
Seasonings and Herbs if desired
Using a little flour and a rolling pin, roll each roll into a flat, round shape, about ten to twelve-inches in diameter.
Note: The smaller you make the circle, the thicker the grilled bread. To many that may be obvious but if you're new to grilling bread this is a good thing to be aware of.
Turn dough over often as you roll it out. If desired, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper or other seasonings and herbs of choice.
Place on a medium high heated BBQ grill, or a grill pan of your stovetop. Grill 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until golden brown lines appear.
Remove from heat immediately. Serve.
