Healthy Grilling Recipe

Serve grilled fruit alone or pair it with cheese, honey or ice cream and top with toasted nuts. Some people are so hooked on enjoying grilled fruits with their other grilled foods that they keep a small propane or charcoal grill strictly to use for grilling their fruit. This ensures the flavors will never capture residue from other foods cooked on the grill previously.

Ingredients:
4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
4 wine glasses
1 bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
Fresh mint sprigs
1 dozen biscotti

Directions:
Place peaches in wineglasses and fill with Cabernet Sauvignen.

Let stand at room temperature, 20 to 30 minutes.

Garnish with sprig of fresh mint and serve with biscotti, if desired.

Recipe makes four servings.
