Four simple ingredients make up these cool and creamy Jello Ice Cream Pies. Frozen fruit is a nice nutrition addition.
1 4-ounce package Jello, flavor of choice
1 cup hot water
1 pint reduced fat ice cream
8 ounces frozen fruit with syrup
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add ice cream and stir until well dissolved.
Blend in fruit.
Pour into a pie shell and refrigerate until set.
Recipe makes 1 pie.
