Healthy Jello Recipe

This fruity low-fat dessert can help your family eat right.

Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin, any flavor
1 cup cold water
2 cups assorted fruit, such as strawberry slices, blueberries, peeled peach slices
3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.

Pour into 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1/3 cup of the fruit and 2 tablespoon of the whipped topping just before serving. Makes: 6 servings, 2/3 cup each
