JELL-O Fruit Medley

Low Calorie Jello in JELL-O Fruit Medley

This fruity low fat JELL-O Fruit Medley with its sweet assorted fruit can help your family eat right while still enjoying dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 4-serving size package JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin, any flavor
1 cup cold water
2 cups assorted fruit, such as strawberry slices, blueberries, peeled peach slices
3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

Directions

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.

Pour into 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1/3 cup of the fruit and 2 tablespoon of the whipped topping just before serving.
