This low calorie, naturally fat free Orange Juice Gelatin Jell-O treat is also a good source of vitamin C.

Using just three simple, usually-on-hand ingredients, you can whip this up in a snap. Use any flavor gelatin you feel you would enjoy most with the tangy, citrus goodness of oranges!

This citrus delight is a wonderful treat in summer, but healthy to eat year round. Vitamin C can help fend off colds in winter time.


1-1/2 cup boiling water
1 4-serving size package JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin, any flavor
1/2 cup cold orange juice


Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in orange juice.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

Recipe Note

Consider using a pretty gelatin mold to serve this refreshing treat. This could be presented as a light and refreshing dessert to a cookout! Another idea is to create cubes and serve in a glass. Perhaps top with a bit of reduced or non-fat Cool Whip? Delicious!
