This citrus delight is a wonderful treat in summer, but healthy to eat year round. Vitamin C can help fend off colds in winter time.
1-1/2 cup boiling water
1 4-serving size package JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin, any flavor
1/2 cup cold orange juice
Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in orange juice.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Recipe makes 4 servings.

Variation: Orange Blossom Gelatin
1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup reduced-fat orange yogurt
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature; whisk in yogurt. Divide between two dessert dishes. Cover and chill for four hours or until firm.
Yield: 2 servings at 195 calories, trace fat, 2mg cholesterol, 118mg sodium, 44g carbohydrates, 0 fiber and 5g protein.
