Creamy Orange Dessert

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups warm water
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or large marshmallows
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup each: raspberries and halved strawberries

Mix dry gelatin and water in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Stir in marshmallows. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beat with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in orange juice and oranges. Pour into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter. Fill center with fruit. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator. Makes: 12 servings, About 1/2 cup each
