Pasta Salad Recipe
Healthy Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup sliced mushrooms
5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 large cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cup small broccoli florets
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 (2-1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss to coat. Allow to refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
