4 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 cup fat-free Italian dressing
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup sliced mushrooms
5 tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 large cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cup small broccoli florets
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 2-1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss to coat.
Allow salad to sit refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. This will help meld the flavors.
