Chicken Salsa Pizza Recipe
Healthy Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
1 precooked Italian bread shell crust
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 jar (11 ounces) salsa
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast, skin removed
Directions:
Place bread shell on an ungreased, 12-inch, pizza pan.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese.
Top with salsa, chicken and remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for eight to ten minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Let rest one to two minutes before serving.
Recipe makes four servings Chicken Salsa Pizza.
