Healthy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, reduced or non-fat
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fat-free if watching fat)
1-cup spaghetti sauce or one can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
Other pizza toppings (your choice, optional)
Crackers or breadsticks

Directions:
Spread cream cheese over bottom of a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate or round baking dish. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle half the cheese mixture over the cream cheese. Top cheese mixture in a plate or dish with spaghetti or pizza sauce. Spread any other pizza toppings over top of sauce, if desired. Top with remaining cheese mixture.

Microwave pizza dip, uncovered, for two minutes. Give it a quarter turn and microwave one additional minute or until cheese is almost melted. Remove from microwave.

Let stand one to two minutes; serve surrounded with crackers or breadsticks.
