Chili Popcorn with popped popcorn tastefully seasoned with Dijon mustard, chili powder, salt and ground cumin.
3 quarts popped popcorn
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Place popcorn in a large bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over the popcorn and toss until well coated.
Recipe makes 3 quarts.

Variation: Chili Pepper Popcorn
8 cups hot, plain popped popcorn
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Place popped corn in large bowl. Drizzle oil over hot popcorn and toss with herbs and spices (you can mix as you go). Shake up well in plastic bags and store overnight to let the seasonings soak in.
