Kentucky Praline Popcorn

Ingredients:
4 quarts popped popcorn; lightly salted
2 cups pecans, chopped
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar **

  ** For diabetic use you could use Brown SugarTwin

In large bowl or roaster, mix popcorn and pecans.

Combine butter and brown sugar in small saucepan. Heat, stirring in popcorn mixture.

Mix well to coat.

Yield: 4 quarts
