Orange and popcorn? Sure, why not! Another citrus fruit lends its tangy flavor to Orange Popcorn Balls with the use of orange marmalade.
Combine sugar, water, marmalade, salt, light corn syrup and vinegar in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Cook to hard-ball stage (250 degrees). Pour slowly over popped popcorn and mix thoroughly.
Butter hands and shape into 2-1/2-inch balls.
Recipe makes 15 Orange Popcorn Balls.
