Quick Skillet Potatoes Recipe
Healthy Potato Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 pound golden potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Place potato slices in a single layer in a large nonstick skillet. Add oil and water.
Bring to a boil and cover; simmer five minutes.
Uncover and cook, turning slices until browned on both sides, about one minute.
Season with salt and pepper.
Recipe makes two servings Quick Skillet Potatoes.
