Rice pudding is a great treat or dessert but add chocolate and peanut butter to it and its extra special.
1 cup water
3 cups low fat milk
1 cup uncooked extra long grain rice
3 tablespoons cocoa *
2 heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
1 sliced banana, optional
In medium saucepan, combine water, milk, rice, cocoa and
Cook and stir, uncovered, over medium heat 15 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, peanut butter and butter.
If desired, stir in sliced banana.
Recipe makes approximately 10 servings.
