Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 cups milk
1 cup uncooked extra long grain rice
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
1 sliced banana, optional

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine water, milk, rice, cocoa and flour. Cook and stir, uncovered, over medium heat 15 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, peanut butter and butter.

If desired, stir in sliced bananas.
