Healthy Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup uncooked extra long grain rice
1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 cup chopped unpeeled apple
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine all rice ingredients except parsley.

Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

Stir in parsley and pecans.

Recipe makes 4 servings Apple Cinnamon Rice.
