Healthy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
5 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped green cabbage
2 cups chopped red cabbage
2 celery ribs, chopped
3 green onions with tops, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
4-1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, cabbage, celery and onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.

Pour over salad and toss to coat.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Recipe makes 12 servings Cabbage Tossed Salad.
