Healthy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 bunches romaine lettuce, washed and drained
1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

In a small non-stick fry pan, roast seasame seeds until golden brown. In small bowl combine all the other ingredients, whisk until well blended. Set aside.

Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces and place in 4 indivdual salad bowls. Pour dressing over each and sprinkle with roasted seasame seeds.
