Healthy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, chunked
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup cilantro, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, coarsely chopped
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup sliced olives

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Allow to marinate at least one hour to develop flavor. Serve chilled.
