Healthy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Three hard-boiled eggs chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a salad, on lettuce, or on split croissants.
