Healthy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
Stir together:
2 cups diced pineapple (fresh or canned, drained)
3-tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin seed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper (seeded)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Chill.

Recipe makes about 2 cups Pineapple Salsa.
