Sweet Orange Salsa

Ingredients:
1 cup orange marmalade
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves, packed
1 cup chopped peanuts

In a medium bowl, combine slaps ingredients.

Refrigerate salsa until serving time.

Serving suggestion:
Serve salsa with seasoned, grilled salmon steaks.

Recipe makes six servings.
