Healthy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped mild or sweet onion
2 cups diced mangoes or peaches
1-2 tablespoons minced, seeded serrano or other small chili
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons tequila or orange juice or orange liqueur
1 tablespoons finely grated lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 ground cumin

Directions

Mix all ingredients together well; serve warm.

Serving suggestions:
Use as a meat accompaniment or as a delicious topping for sweet potatoes.
