Cherry and Jalapeno Salsa

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons or more jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 cups ripe Bing cherries, halved and pitted

In 1-cup glass measure, blend vinegar, lime juice, sugar and salt until dissolved.

Pour over peppers and cherries in small bowl and toss.

Recipe makes about 2 cups salsa.
